Add Bank Accounts To Process Direct Debit Payments

Note: Direct Debits take 5 business days to process. Payments are confirmed only after the banking process is completed.

Nickname Give your Bank Account a unique name. eg. Scotia 123 or RBC BTown

Please verify that your account number is correct before saving. You will not be able to edit this afterward.

Do not include your bank's branch/transit number in the Account Number field.

To change or edit your bank account number:

Add a new bank account to be used.
Contact the Ministry of Industry, Innovation, Science and Technology to get the new account entry validated.
Delete the old bank account.

Validate Your Bank Account

You have completed adding your bank account details. You must now validate your bank account.

Next Steps to Validating Your Bank Account

Click the Authorization form link below and fill out the details then print the form.
Take the Authorization form to your Bank to verify that you are the account holder of the account, and also to have the Bank's official stamp placed on it.
After the Authorization Form has been filled out and taken to the Bank to be authorized, you can now scan or take a photo of the signed Authorization Form, along with your National Identification Card (Both sides) or your valid Driver's Licence or valid Passport and email them to the Ministry of Industry, Innovation, Science & Technology to ezpay_support@barbados.gov.bb for activation of your Direct Debit Account.
You will receive an email notification in order to complete the EZpay+ Portal payment cycle.

Validate Your Bank Account

You have now completed adding your Bank Account details, you must now validate your bank account.
